1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
Please note: International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Raymond Wear Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Raymond Wear Ltd is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at mailto:payment@raymondio.net with photos of the damage.
