Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Raymond Wear Ltd, we want you to love your new jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit or match. Please read our policy below before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible, the jewelry must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings (for pierced ears) if the hygiene seal is broken.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted clearance items.
Gift cards.

3. Jewelry Care & Condition

Please note that damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposing plated gold or turquoise to water, chemicals, or perfumes) will void the return eligibility. We recommend storing your silver and gold-plated pieces in a dry place to prevent tarnishing.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return, please contact us at mailto:payment@raymondio.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the authorized return address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us. We are happy to facilitate exchanges subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
